The room had a great view, and the layout was decent for the price. I appreciated the accessible features but wish they had been executed better.
Upon arrival, I faced delays while checking in, waiting over an hour despite being well past check-in time. The bathroom flooded after a shower in the accessible room, leaving it unusable until it dried out. there was constant noise from the fan, making it hard to relax. I expected more out of a room at $300 a night—especially regarding service and facilities.

The hotel has a beautiful design, which is visually appealing. The concierge, Don, was exceptional. his personalized assistance truly enhanced my stay. the city view from my room was breathtaking, making for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere once I returned from my outings.
Check-in took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Dorsett Gold Coast. The pool area was exceptional, providing a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The staff, particularly Brenda and Paloma, were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond, making me feel very welcomed.
